Well, so much for slowing things down a little bit in June...At the close of the month I've finished 58 books toward my goal for the year which puts me 8 books ahead of schedule. This is good, because I know when the holidays hit, there will be far less reading happening in my world.

As usual, click the photos to see the full descriptions over at Goodreads.

I'm on a bit of a YA kick - probably something about it being summer and my brain just needing a vacation. Rather than fight it, I'm going to embrace it, and put some of my other to-reads back on the shelf for a bit. I'm pretty sure they're not going anywhere. I'm still working on Happier at Home and I've started The Girls of Atomic City.
Book Clubs:
- The Storyteller was available at the library way earlier than I anticipated, so I'm actually already done with one of my July book club selections.
- And The Mountains Echoed, the other is Khaled Hosseini's new book which I've been looking forward to.
The Vonnegut Project:
- The Sirens of Titan, perhaps I'll try to check this out on my next visit to the library, when I return the stack of YA I just checked out to continue feeding my habit.
Other:
- Splendor (Luxe #3) and Envy (Luxe #4) by Anna Godbersen
- Pandemonium (Delirium #2) by Lauren Oliver (More on both of these series soon)
- Finish Happier at Home and at least half of The Girls of Atomic City
- Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn
